A Fairless Hills man was arrested after allegedly being involved in a domestic dispute.
Thomas Boyle, 59, was taken into custody last Wednesday evening when police were responding to the report of an assault on the 500 block of Trenton Road in Falls Township.

Police papers stated that Boyle called emergency responders to tell them that a person needed an ambulance. Police arrived to find a man covered in blood and still bleeding from his lip and head. The man told police that Boyle assaulted him with a “small, souvenir bat.”
After briefly speaking with the injured man, police met Boyle. The probable cause affidavit stated that Boyle said “the victim is a piece of s**t,” and that he assaulted the man after he caught him having relations with his girlfriend.
Boyle was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime with the intent to use it, and recklessly endangering another person. Boyle’s bail was set at 10 percent of $50,000, but the saga didn’t end there.

Last Friday morning at 10 a.m., a police officer identified Boyle on the property where he was arrested. A piece of his bail agreement was that he could not return to the property until his girlfriend was evicted, court papers said.
In this case, Boyle was charged with a misdemeanor of defiantly trespassing.

Boyle’s bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.
