A sunny start to Saturday will lead to a snowy afternoon and evening, according to forecasters.

While the forecast calls for up to 4 to 6 inches of snow for Lower Bucks County, the National Weather Service said there was uncertainty along the I-95 corridor due to the chance rain could mix in and that surface temperatures could be above freezing.

However, snow is expected to be heavy at times and will be of a wet and heavy consistency.
