โI am proud of all that I have been able to accomplish representing Lower Bucks County in local and state government โ from greater transparency and accountability, to ensuring that our region receives the funding we need to improve everyoneโs lives, but our work is not done. We need better funding for our schools, we need to increase wages for middle class families, and we need real and lasting protections for womenโs rights across Pennsylvania,” Davis said in a prepared information release.
โThere are those that do not want us to succeed โ our President and Congress are constantly trying to force a vision of America on us that we do not share. The best backstop to their out of touch (and often-times disastrous) policies is what we do in Harrisburg. In the Senate, we will have a larger platform and a louder voice to do what we have always done; work tirelessly as a passionate voice for everyone in Lower Bucks County,โ the release said.
A formal campaign kick off event will be held in February.
