A 23-year-old man from Merrick, New York, was cited for a transient retail business ordinance violation in the 1300 block of Wilson Avenue at 6:01 p.m.

Arrest

A 27-year-old Bristol Borough man was arrested for assault and related offenses in the 300 block of Jefferson Avenue. He was arraigned and sent to prison on 10 percent of $35,000.

A 29-year-old Morrisville man was cited for criminal mischief and disorderly practices for slashing a tire in the 2400 block of Farragut Avenue at 10:07 a.m.
