Citations will be issued in relation to a Christmas crash that left two people trapped.
Penndel police said the citations will be filed against the driver of a red GMC SUV who ran a red light at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and South Bellevue Avenue in the borough.

The crash involved three vehicles and left one on its roof with two people trapped inside, police said.
Three people were taken to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown for evaluation.
Police said they determined the GMC was to blame for the crash after talking to people involved and reviewing security camera video.
