PHOTOS: Cold Weather Makes Bristol Borough Look Like Arendelle

The Delaware River in Bristol Borough has been sporting a new look – frozen – the past few weeks as below-freezing temperatures gripped the region.

The icy river made the borough look more like the fictional Arendelle from the hit Disney movie “Frozen.”
