A star of the Instagram fashion scene struck a deal with Bucks County prosecutors in relation to a fraud and theft case.
Shaniqua Jordan, 30, of Brooklyn, New York, and her defense attorney Michael Parlow agreed to a deal with Deputy District Attorney A.J. Garabedian. The deal will credit Jordan for time served and then release her to New York, where she has a pending criminal case.

The district attorney’s office withdrew a charge of receiving stolen property charge last week before District Judge Bill Benz, where the case was moved due to a conflict with District Judge Jan Vislosky.
Jordan, who has more than 64,000 Intagram followers and labels herself a “fashion influencer,” allegedly used a Falls Township resident’s credit card to rack up $37,000 in fraudulent charges earlier this year.
The 30-year-old used the Falls resident’s account to purchase an $18,000 Rolex watch that was shipped from California to Bucks County, police said.

Learning of the fraud early on, investigators were able to send an empty box to Bucks County instead of the Rolex watch, police said.

At the facility where the package was sent, Falls police arrested Jordan, who drove from New York to retrieve what she thought was an $18,000 watch, police said.
Jordan was taken to custody and has been kept at the Bucks County Correctional Facility since her arrest in April.
Jordan’s high-end fashion website and Instagram has been scarcely updated her arrest, but previous images show her at various places in New York City wearing expensive outfits.
