Pennsbury School Board Changes Leadership

Jacqui Redner was appointed to serve as the president of the Pennsbury School Board Tuesday night at a special meeting.

Redner’s return to the lead seat of the school board came after board member Gary Sanderson stepped down from the president’s position.

Sanderson, whose term expires in 2019, will remain on the school board, but decided to step down as its leader due to family and work commitments. The Falls resident has a wife and two daughters.

Redner served as school board president before Sanderson took the post in December 2014.

Sanderson has served as school board liaison with the LYFT community coalition and Bucks County Technical High School.
