
The Margaret Grundy Library in Bristol Borough has been chosen to be a part of an out of this world program.

The Radcliffe Street facility has been selected to take part inย a NASA education initiative to promote STEM learning opportunities.
More than 70 public libraries were selected for the NASA project, which will provide resources, training and support valued at $2,000 to lead STEM educational events in their communities. The Grundy Library was one of only three institutions in the state to be selected.
The libraries will participate in the 18-month project, with an opportunity to extend for an additional two-year period through 2020. Participating libraries will hold free public programs that engage various age groups and introduce a variety of STEM topics utilizing the NASA STEM Facilitation Kits, NASA educational resources and/or NASA subject matter experts.
