According to warrants filed this week, the children were found after being left alone for eight hours in a hotel room in Bristol Township. The kids – ages 2, 6 and 7 – were taken from Block and Medl in December. They were turned over to Bucks County Children and Youth before being released to the custody of Block’s sister, who reported the kids smelled of rotted milk and cigarettes.
Police said the two of the children had potentially life-threatening health issues and all had teeth that were in bad conditions.

Police said Block and Medl, who are married, are known to visit Hawthorne Lane in Levittown and frequent hotels along Route 13.
