The winds were whipping Thursday morning in the Levittown area.
While only about 50 customers in the area were without power by 7:30 a.m. Thursday, some minor damage from the winds was reported in Lower Bucks County. Reader Jocelyn Glover said a tree fell on some utility lines early Thursday morning in the 1700 block of Dixon Avenue in Bristol Township’s Croydon section, causing a power outage.

The National Weather Service’s Mt. Holly office issued a High Wind Warning until 10 a.m. for Bucks County and surrounding areas.
Gusts of up 40 or 50 mph could strike with some gusts reaching as high at 60 mph.
The winds moved through after a line of storm Wednesday evening.
