A loud music complaint ended with one Middletown man facing resisting arrest charges Monday evening.
Officers were dispatched to the Racquet Club Apartments at 7:56 p.m. Monday for the complaint of loud music playing. Upon arrival, an officer began speaking with Joseph M. Ahr, 21, of Levittown, and a group of people, according to court papers.

“Suck my dick,” Ahr allegedly told the gathered crowd as he began walking away from the officer.
When the officer told Ahr he was being disorderly, the 21 year old began speaking of a gun and making movements under his shirt behind his back, police said.
Additional officers responded to the scene and Ahr began running but police caught up to him. He then resisted arrest and was wrestled to the ground, police said.

Ahr was arraigned at midnight before District Judge Daniel Baranoski on charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and terroristic threat. He was sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
