The Morrisville Commons development at the corner of Pine Grove Road and West Trenton Avenue, the former site of Acme, will be up for conditional use for the potential sale of fuel at the Wawa proposed for the site. The shopping area will also include a 14,578-square-foot Rite Aid and an 1,850-square-foot restaurant with a drive-thru.
In addition, the entire Morrisville Commons development will be up for a vote on amended final land development.
If the conditional use agreement is approved Tuesday, it could come before the full Board of Supervisors as soon as their March 21 meeting.

According to the meeting agenda, MLH Explorations LLC and PharmaCann LLC are both asking for a special exception for 150 Roebling (Solar) Road to be used as a medical marijuana growing and processing facility. It was not immediately clear if the two applications for the property at the former U.S. Steel site are connected.
A proposed 7,489-square-foot Dollar General is set to come before the Planning Commission. The chain retailer is looking to build at 1279 Old Bristol Pike.
