Cops: Man Uses Internet Share Child Porn

A Bensalem man has been arrested by Penndel police for allegedly possessing and disseminating child pornography.

Stephen Ulrich, 58, has been arrested after an undercover investigation by the Penndel chief of police and an FBI task force.

According to the probable cause affidavit, over a period of 10 days in January, Penndel Chief Joseph Sciscio linked videos of sex acts featuring prepubescent girls to a computer at Ulrich’s Bensalem address.

In an interview, Ulrich admitted to owning the supplying laptop and downloading, viewing and sharing the more than 100 videos via the internet, policeย said.

Ulrich wasย charged with felonies of child pornography, disseminating videos of sex acts with children and criminally using a communication facility.ย He was freed after posting 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
