Troopers Investigate Three Burglary-Related Incidents

Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a series of incidents in Langhorne Manor.

Troopers said the first incident happened between last Sunday and Monday. The attempt to burglarize a home in the 300 block of West Prospect Avenue was unsuccessful but the victim’s unlocked vehicle in the driveway was entered. The resident reported that nothing was taken from the car.

A few streets away in the 600 block of Hill Avenue, a ladder was placed on an outside wall leading to a window last Monday. While there were no signs of entry, state police are calling the incident an attempted burglary.

State police said that a successful burglary was carried out in the 600 block of State Avenue between 1:45 p.m. and 2:05 p.m. last Tuesday. The home was entered through an unlocked window and the 74-year-old woman who lives in the residence reported a handbag and about $70 in cash was taken.
