Bristol Township police are investigating a Saturday afternoon shooting.
Police said Shaquille Thompson, 25, of Philadelphia, was shot in the lower leg Saturday afternoon in the 1200 block of Marie Lowe Drive in the Kingswood section of the township.

Lt. John Godzieba said officers were called to Marie Lowe Drive at 1:07 p.m. by residents for a report of gun fire. A short time later, officers were dispatched to Lower Bucks Hospital after a gunshot victim – identified as Thompson – walked in the doors for treatment.
Detectives were interviewing a person of interest and witnesses as of Saturday evening, Godzieba said.
Police reported Thompson’s injury does not appear to be life-threatening.
