An 18-year-old man has been charged with harassing and distributing nude pictures of his 17-year-old girlfriend.

The 18-year-old man was charged via summons recently with unlawful dissemination of an intimate image, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned and released after a Bristol woman posted 10 percent of $75,000 bail.
According to Tullytown police, the 18 year old contacted his 17-year-old ex-girlfriend via phone, social media, drove by her home, showed up at her work and even posted two nude images of her on Instagram. The relationship between the two high school students ended last year and the girl told an officer she was trying to not have contact with her ex-boyfriend.
The investigating officer collected statements from the 17-year-old girl’s family that backed up her accusations to police.

Police said they made contact with the 18-year-old man and he admitted to posting the nude images on Instagram and contacting his ex-girlfriend despite the fact she asked him to stop. He additionally stated he posted the nude images so his ex-girlfriend could feel the pain he felt and that he drove by her house and work to feel closer to her.
