A Trenton man was charged after being found in an apartment that was not his, according to authorities.
Boe Juwreh, 31, was picked up at the Alexandria Apartments in the Morrisville section of Falls Township on December 30 after the property manager called police to report that an “unwanted subject” was on the premise, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Police officers arrived to find Juwreh in an apartment in the A Building and were unable to make initial entry.
Juwreh entered the apartment by climbing to the outside balcony and breaking the glass door after finding that the locks were changed, police said.
Juwreh refused to unlock the door once police arrived and a maintenance worker found the deadbolt jammed when they attempted to unlock the door using their master key, police said.

Officials eventually were unable to gain access to the apartment after police used a pry bar to open the door.
Police said Juwreh had returned to gather some items that were left behind.

According to the property manager, Juwreh was not on the lease for the apartment and Juwreh’s girlfriend was the leaseholder, but was recently evicted, authorities said.
Juwreh was charged with felony burglary, felony criminal trespassing, misdemeanor criminal mischief and a summary disorderly conduct. His bail was originally set at 10 percent of $25,000 but was then reduced to 10 percent of $5,000.
