A Bristol Township resident might not be alive this holiday season if not for the quick-actions of a police officer.
Public Safety Director Robert Coultonย presented Officerย Ted Thieroff with a commendation at the Council meeting earlier this month for saving a choking victim.

Thieroff was on patrol on Sunday, November 27 when he was called to Apricot Lane in Levittown for a choking victim. He entered the victim’s home and found the person unresponsive on the kitchen floor. The 39-year lawman rushed to aid the victim and cleared their blocked airway, saving their life, officials said.
