A wanted man rammed two police vehicles Wednesday evening as Bensalem and Bristol Township police tried to arrest him.
Christopher Michael Hess, 20, of Bristol, was wanted for an August drug case and an alleged October robbery that happened in Bensalem when police officers tried to stop him in near Route 13 and Edgely Road in Bristol Township Wednesday evening.

In an attempt to flee, Hess drove his vehicle into two police cars and tried to flee. He eventually ditched the car and was caught after a brief foot pursuit, police said.
Bristol Township authorities were not immediately available with information on any injuries or the extent of damage to the police cars.
Hess now faces additional charges of aggravated assault, fleeing or attempting to elude police, resisting arrest and reckless endangerment.

Between the three cases, Hess’ bail is 10 percent of $550,000.
