Community Invited To Illumination Of Elderberry Lights

Most families relax over the Thanksgiving weekend, but the Warrells have had different plans. They have been busy putting the final touches on their Levittown home’s massive Christmas display.

The display – Warrell’s Elderberry Lights at 257 Elderberry Drive – will be switched on Saturday between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The free event will feature holiday music, treats and lots of Christmas cheer.

The display is put on by Milt Warrell, a retired Upper Southampton police officer who runs J&M Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. Donations made at the holiday house will be given to the Bucks County Hero Scholarship Fund and Relay For Life. The collection for Relay For Life was made after Milt Warrell’s wife Jennifer’s father, John “Doc” Gurka, passed away from cancer two years ago.

This year will mark the eighth year the Warrells will host their kickoff to the season.
