Tree House Fire Ruled An Arson

A tree house fire has been ruled an arson and is under investigation.

The resident of a home in the 3200 block of Old Rodgers Road in Bristol Township heard a loud noise around 1:10 a.m. Tuesday and found a large tree house in his backyard in engulfed in flames, Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito said.

Firefighters rushed to the scene and extinguished the blaze.

The tree house was heavily damaged and the fire was ruled an arson, Dippolito said.

The tree house was built years ago for the homeowner’s grandchildren.

Anyone with information on the arson is asked to call the fire marshal’s office at 267-812-2907.
