
The Friends of the Levittown Libraryย held one of their regular book sales this past weekend.
The nonprofit Levittown group holds two large book sales every year. There is one in April and one in October. For the most recent sale this past week, the group took four weeks to prepare the sell thousands of books in the meeting room of the library.

Although Saturday’s rain made it a necessity to cancel the planned flea market, Nancy Masulis, the president of the friends of the Levittown Library, said that the sale was going well overall.
The sale continues Monday with a 50 percent discount offered from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Over the years, the various sales and fundraisers have nettedย $140,000 to theย Bucks County Free Libraryย system.
