Two people were injured in a head-on crash Monday morning.
The crash happened around 7:50 a.m. at the intersection on Durham Road near Framer Avenue. The two cars slammed into each other head-on, officials said.

A woman who had to be extricated from one of the vehicles suffered head and shoulder injuries. A man in the other vehicle was taken to the hospital for head trauma, officials said.
Crews from the Parkland, Penndel and William Penn fire companies worked to free the injured woman. Two ambulances from the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad transported the two patients to the hospital, officials said.
