One man has been charged and another is under investigation after a weekend home invasion.
According to police, Bristol Township officers were called to a reported home invasion in the unit block of Good Lane in Levittown around 6:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers learned two suspects fled the area in a black Jeep and relayed the information to dispatchers.

Officers who heard the police radio flash for the Jeep spotted the vehicle in the area of Mill Creek Road. The officers converged on the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Bath Road, police said.
The two people in the vehicle were taken into custody without incident, police said.
“Officers observed a small silver revolver under the front passenger seat and secured the vehicle for further investigation,” a press release from Lt. Ralph Johnson said.

The Good Lane resident told police, according to court papers, that he awoke on his couch Saturday morning to find 37-year-old Donald Glover of Camden beating him up. The man alleged that Glover pulled out a silver handgun and told him he was going to die several times. The other man who fled in the Jeep told Glover to stop and ended up halting the assault before fleeing with Glover.
The Good Lane resident grew up with Glover and the other man. The home invasion is believed by detectives to have stemmed from an argument at a party that was held earlier in Willingboro, New Jersey, police said.

Authorities said the man who stopped the assault has not been charged and the investigation was progressing as of Monday.
Glover was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, aggravated assault, simple assault and possession of an instrument of crime. He was arraigned Saturday morning and sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $1 million bail.
