Davisโ€™ shred event will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, at Ben Franklin Middle School, 6401 Mill Creek Road, Levittown.

The free Sept. 17 shredding event enables local residents to dispose safely and securely of unneeded personal papers containing confidential information such as health or military records, Social Security numbers or financial information. There is a five-box limit per person.

“Consumer fraud and identity theft are becoming rampant in our communities,” Davis said. “Shredding sensitive documents is the best way for consumers to protect themselves against such crimes.”

Constituents may call Davisโ€™ offices at 215-785-3605 or 215-752-6760 for more information on either event.
