Dogs from Falls, Lower Makefield and Warminster responded along with state police and searched the school. The dogs, according to a press release from Quakertown officials, detected five potential dangerous devices but all later turned out to be false alarms.
The students were dismissed early Thursday and will return to classes Friday.
A few weeks back, Falls police sent a K-9 dog to assist with securing the facility in Bedminser where Republican vice presidential candidate Mike Pence spoke.
