“No agenda or speeches, just a chance ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood,” an invitation reads.

Officer Melissa Robison said Tuesday’s event marks the first time Middletown has hosted a Coffee With a Cop event.

The “Coffee with a Cop” program encouraged by the U.S. Department of Justice. Nearby, Falls Township and Northampton police have taken part in the initiative meant to build relations between the community and those that protect them.
