Efforts toย continue to improve Mill Street in Bristol Borough are moving forward.

Bristol Borough Council, Bristol Borough: Raising the Bar and the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority will be holding a meeting for commercial property owners as the town prepares an application to secure up to $50,000 in grants from the Pennsylvaniaย Department of Community and Economic Development. On Wednesday, August 24, an information meeting for property owners will be held at 7 p.m. at theย Centre for the Arts at 308 Mill Street.

Several years back, facade grants were doled out to certain properties along Mill Street and used to give those buildings a face lift.

Bristol Borough, Mill Street especially, has been undergoing a rejuvenation in recent years and more and more small businesses spring up in the Central Business District. Currently, ย several condos and a restaurant/bar are under construction along the waterfront at the base of Mill Street.
