Before starting at Middletown, Huff worked at the Upper Makefield Police Department since 2005 as the department’s firearms instructor as well as a field training officer. Huff worked his last shift in Upper Makefield on August 2 and was thanked by the department and residents on social media.
Huff graduated from Pennsbury High School in Falls Township and attended the Montgomery County Police Academy. He is currently attending Kaplan University to pursue a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Chief Joseph Bartorilla said.
Huff is married and has three children.
