Four of the Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores in the Levittown area will have new hours starting Sunday.
As part of the Act 39 liquor reform that took effect recently, Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board-operated stores are permitted to have extended hours on Sunday, which was a rarity until recently. Under the new law, the Bristol Township store at New Falls Road and Durham Road, the Fairless Hills store on South Oxford Valley Road, the Pennsbury Plaza store in Falls Township and the location at the Shoppes at Flowers Mill in Middletown will be open Sundays from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. The stores were previously open on Sundays but only from noon to 5 p.m.

In addition to expanded hours, Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores in Pennsylvania are now allowed to sell state lottery tickets. The new kiosks are being installed in the state’s roughly 600 stores.
The PLCB is now permitted to offer customer loyalty programs as part of Act 39. Officials said they will continue to explore options that will allow customers to participate in loyalty programs.
