According to officials, the equipment dispenses Duet Dual-Action Adulticide at a rate of 0.75 ounces per acre.ย The application material has a very low toxicity profile to mammals and will have negligible impact to non-target insects and the environment. County workers are expected to be operating a Chevrolet Colorado spray truck and Ford Ranger pickup during the spray.

Weather conditions or other unexpected events could delay or cancel the spray operation until the following day.
