A motorcycle and a minivan burst into flames Friday evening after colliding.
According to Falls Township police, after a fight with his girlfriend at a friend’s house in the North Park neighborhood in Levittown, a 19-year-old man from Morrisville broke his motorcycle helmet to the ground before jumping on the motorcycle around 7:30 p.m. His girlfriend tried to stop him from riding off but she had no luck.

The 19 year old left his friend’s house on North Park Drive at a high rate of speed and ended up striking a minivan driven by a 34-year-old Levittown woman as she made a left turn out of Elves Lane into the motorcyclist’s path on North Park Drive, police said.
The motorcyclist laid his bike, a Suzuki GSXR, down on the pavement before the two vehicles collided and caught fire, police said.
The driver of the minivan was unhurt and the motorcyclist suffered an injury of unreported severity, police said.

Firefighters from Levittown Fire Company No. 1 were called to the scene and put out the flames.
