The incident that included three stabbings, multiple assaults and general madness happened between the St. Michael’s Fair on Levittown Parkway and the front entrance of the Levittown Walmart.
Fairgoers have told LevittownNow.com there were groups of kids causing problems in the area of the fair throughout Thursday evening. A short time after some of those kids left, they appeared to be involved in several incidents.
When Tullytown police, according to Chief Daniel Doyle, went to take a young person into custody, a “near riot” broke out and officers from around Lower Bucks County rushed to assist.

“We’re still working to ID all the suspects,” Doyle said.
Police initially took several young people into custody, but no charges were formally filed as of the close of the business day Friday.
Rev. Michael DiIorio of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church said security was being reviewed before the fair opened again at 6 p.m. Friday and will continue every evening until July 10. Doyle also added that security was being looked at and several recommendations were passed along to the fair operators.
