Cops: Man Struck With Cigarette Disposal Unit During Fight

A Morrisville Borough man is being charged after an fight.

Breon Daquawn McRae, 25, is being charged with felony aggravated assault, a misdemeanor of simple assault and a misdemeanor of disorderly conduct resulting in fighting after allegedly instigating and pursuing an unprovoked fight.

According to the probable cause affidavit, officers reported to the area of 800 Town Center Drive in Middletown Tuesday to respond to a reported assault.

The victim was attacked by McRae, who threw a metal cigarette disposal unit at the victim. The object hit the victim in the forehead. The victim was injured and hospitalized at Aria Health’s Bucks County hospital, police said.

McRae was arraigned and released on unsecured bail of $25,000.
