Falls Township police filed charges against Evans last year for trying to bilk two people under the guise of telling their fortune.

Evans allegedly claimed to a Falls woman to be a psychic and said she saw “evil and darkness around her as well as that she had health, financial and marital problems. She continued conversations with the woman and kept asking for cash.

After initial charges were filed, another victim came forward and a second set of charges were filed.
