A local firefighter has been honored as an outstanding student by Bucks County Community College.
Stephen Link, who volunteers with the Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company, earned the outstanding student achievement recognition for his work at classes held at the Lower Bucks Public Safety Training Center in Croydon. Volunteer firefighter Douglas Cesmegi of Sellersville was also honored.

The recognition came at the community college’s semiannual firefighters graduation on May 17.
