The first woman said she was inside a home in the 6800 block of Radcliffe Street when a highly intoxicated Sakaitis scuffled with her over a set of vehicle keys. The woman said Sakaitis punched her with a closed fist and threatened to kill her.

The second woman said she interceded outside and told Sakaitis she would drive him to the bar. Sakaitis then allegedly walked back into the home and punched the first woman in the stomach and face.

The second woman said as she was driving Sakaitis to the bar, he began punching her. While she attempted to fend off the 53 year old, she sustained a laceration. She also reportedly grabbed a patch of Sakaitis’ hair and pulled it out, court papers stated.
