Last week marked the second time a local man has been charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.
A criminal complaint was filed Tuesday in Bristol Borough court against Bristol Borough’s Michael Corr, 43.

Police noted in a probable cause affidavit that they responded to police headquarters on March 24 and spoke to two victims, who both identified they had been sitting in a vehicle outside of their residence the night before when they noticed Corr watching them and making a jerking motion and gesturing at his genitals.
Corr then approached the victims, according to court documents, and it was then that the victims noticed his pants were unbuttoned and his penis was exposed. Corr then stood on the sidewalk and masturbated as the victims rolled their windows up and drove away.
The Bristol man was charged with similar offenses back in 2013. While a charge for indecent exposure was later dismissed, Corr pleaded no contest to a singular charge of open lewdness. He received 12 months probation and was ordered to have no contact with his victim in the case.
