A 27-year-old Levittown man has been accused of masturbating by his apartment window.
Jordan Joseph Vengoechea was charged last week with misdemeanor indecent exposure.

Police said they were called to the Foxwood Manor Apartments on Veterans Highway (Route 413) in Middletown on February 22. Upon arrival, an officer spoke with a woman who said she spotted her neighbor, Vengoechea, masturbating while looking at her through his apartment window.
The woman said Vengoechea was spotted masturbating while standing on top of his bed on at least three occasions while he held his cellphone to illuminate his actions while the woman was outside starting her car in the morning, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
Vengoechea allegedly made noises to draw the attention of the woman, police said.

Vengoechea was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
