Farm-To-Table Program Returns To Silver Lake Nature Center

The popular Endless Bounty Dynamic CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is returning to Silver Lake Nature Center in Bristol this spring.

The nonprofit Friends of Silver Lake Nature Center will once again be working with the CSA to provide fresh, locally grown vegetables for those who buy shares of the program.

The Endless Bounty Dynamic CSA is being coordinated by Guzikowski Farm and will feature fresh vegetables sourced from various different family farms that organic methods or integrated pest management.

The program runs 20 weeks and is planed to start in June and run until October.

Silver Lake officials said they program will promote healthy living and more sustainable living.

How to join

Participants can buy full (20 deliveries) or half (10 deliveries) shares. The share will be brought to the Silver Lake Nature Center on Bath Road on Wednesdays each time a participant is scheduled to pick up their share. The CSA member will receive a quantity of produce and/or dairy products at each pick up.

Area residents are encouraged to sign upย by April 10 to ensure a share.
