A group of 100 Neshaminy School District teachers spent an in-service day last month learning about the brain.
The teachers attended a seminar at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia called “Understanding the Brain: Becoming Learning Scientists.” The teachers took part in workshops on brain development in children and toured a new exhibit on the brain.
