ALDI has changed their long standing policy of not accepting credit cards.
As of Tuesday morning, the ALDI stores in Bristol Township and Middletown began accepting credit cards for the first time. The stores, along with all ALDI’s across the country, will now accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

The change in store policy comes after the company, which is expanding across the nation, heard input from customers.
“The acceptance of credit cards will have no impact on the price customers pay for the ALDI products they love,” according to a press release.
Previous to the new policy, the store only accepted cash and debit cards.
