A convicted felon was found with an AK-47 rifle in Bristol Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Terrell J. Barnes, 38, of Bristol Township’s Croydon section, was stopped for driving erratically in the area of the Bristol exit of I-95 Sunday around 1:30 a.m., state police said.

Barnes, who was reportedly intoxicated, refused to exit his vehicle and had to be pepper sprayed by police, according to a press release.
As troopers investigated, they discovered an AK-47, which Barnes is not lawfully allowed to be in possession of because he is a convicted felon, state police said.
Barnes was arraigned Sunday morning on charges of possession of a prohibited firearm, firearms not to be carried without a license, DUI, possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and two summary traffic violations.
