Nordstrom Rack Set To Open In Middletown

Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. announced plans on Tuesday to open a Nordstrom Rack in Middletownย at the Lincoln Plaza shopping center on East Lincoln Highway, adjacent to the Oxford Valley Mall. The shopping center is also home to TJMaxx, Michaels, DSW and Homegoods.

Theย approximately 26,500-square-foot store is scheduled to open in fall 2016 and will offer customers a “wide selection of on-trend apparel, accessoriesย and shoes at an everyday savings of 30-70 percent off regular prices,” according to the company’s press release. The Rack will carry merchandise from both Nordstrom stores andย Nordstrom.com, as well as specially purchased items from many of the top brands sold at the company’s other stores.

“We’re thrilled to further grow our presence in the greater Philadelphia area with our new location at Lincoln Plaza,” said Geevy Thomas, president of Nordstrom Rack. “We hope this new store will make it more convenient for customers in the southeastern Delaware Valley to shop with us.”

The Lincoln Plaza Nordstrom Rack will be the company’s sixth Rack store in the greater Philadelphia area. The retailer has full-line Nordstrom stores at the King of Prussiaย and Cherry Hill Mallย and Rack stores in Cherry Hill,ย Princeton, King of Prussia, Willow Grove and in downtown Philadelphia.
