A man was arrested after he allegedly started masturbating next to a neighbor while they were watching an NFL game.
According to 27-year-old Middletown resident Brad Anthony Kasperitis’ 49 year old female neighbor, she was alone with him in his apartment watching a football game when she looked back and saw him masturbating with his penis out. The incident happened 5:45 p.m. Sunday at an apartment in the 500 block of East Maple Avenue in Middletown.

Kasperitis admitted to investigators during an interview that he exposed his penis through his pajamas and fondled it.
Kasperitis was charged with indecent exposure and freed on $25,000 unsecured bail.
A preliminary hearing in the case is set for February 10.
