A 52-year-old man from Bristol was cited at 6:45 p.m. on the 300 block of Wood Street.

A resident reported at 8:30 a.m. on the 200 block of Radcliffe Street decorations pulled out from the ground and one decoration stolen. Value of stolen item $40.

A 20-year-old woman was arrested and charged at 9:16 p.m. at Walmart located on 100 Commerce Circle with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and summoned to court.
