Residents will not see a tax increase in 2016. The millage rate per person will remain at 12.275, Reid said.
The new budget will mark an increase in garbage collection fees. The trash fee for 2016 will be $328 and will include recycling pickup every week. The fee for 2015 was $300 and included less collection, according to Reid.
