Bristol Borough’s election for school board directors ended its hard-fought campaign for five open seats Tuesday.
Incumbents Steven Cullen,ย Mary Jane Pontena Paglione and Jeffrey Paleafico were reelected. Joseph Adamson and Joseph Caro, both who currently are not on the board, will be joining the school board after voters made their voices heard.

Current board member John Doyle was not reelected.
Many of the candidates reportedly made their way between polling places Tuesday, hoping to gain the public’s support.
The district is facing financial challenges ahead due to increasing costs.
