A six-week-long drug investigation led to the arrest of two Bristol Township men, police said Monday night.

Officers arrested Zachary English, 26, of the township’s Levittown section, and Raymond Law, 45, of the township’s Levittown section, last Thursday at a gas station in the 5300 block of New Falls Road. Investigators said they nabbed the two men before a suspected drug transaction took place.

According to court papers, officers working a drug detail watched Law sitting alone in a green Cadillac Deville in the parking lot of the gas station. English was spotted sitting in the parking lot next to the gas station before walking over to the Cadillac and leaning in the open window.

Plain clothes officers began walking toward Law’s vehicle. One officer began talking to English and another, who Law was apparently unaware of, watched him start putting crack cocaine down his pants, police said.

“You set me up, Zack. That was some fake s**t,” Law began shouting at English, court papers stated.

When the second officer told Law to stop putting the drugs down his pants, he looked surprised and stated, “you got me,” Lt. Terry Hughes told LevittownNow.com.

As an officer shook Law’s pants, two bags that contained crack cocaine fell out, police said.

Hughes said roughly “4.5 grams of freshly cooked crack cocaine with the street value of approximately $450 and $374 in cash was seized.”

Law was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession/use of drug paraphernalia. English has a warrant with multiple drug charges filed against him.

Law was released from prison after posting 10 percent of $75,000 bail, and English was jailed on a probation violation.
